Neo is an agent and spy for the Cloudsdale Intelligence Agency, who's both strong and curious. He has a passion for protecting the Pegasi and other ponies or creatures of Cloudsdale, and loves investigating in dangerous and unknown places. As one of the top agents of the agency, he's tasked with figuring out just what the new Thunderstorm Cloud Factory is really all about.
